Our guide, Mila, was FANTASTIC! So knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic and kind. There was confusion about our tickets (which we obtained on our own), certainly NOT the responsibility of Mila, but she was a warrior for us, got the issue resolved with sweet determination. My apologies, I thought I had done this review a long time ago! We toured Florence with Mila in May. She was wonderful-- friendly, flexible, and really knew her stuff. Mila was a wonderful guide. She was flexible at the start of our walking tour when we asked her to change the meeting spot. We were in Florence just for the day from a cruise ship. My husband uses a scooter and I had just broken my foot two days before so getting around was tricky and she did not miss a beat. She really loves Florence, knows it well, and we learned a lot...
