I have been working as a tour guide here in Dresden for more than 20 years now. I really enjoy showing my guests the beautiful city of Dresden, its museums and surroundings. For me this means not only to tell you about history, but also about culture, traditions, and the local life here (yesterday and today).

I grew up not far from Dresden and now for more than 30 years I have lived here in Dresden and experienced its many changes - especially those the reunification brought about.
Every day you can see more of the splendour and treasures of this amazing city. And it will be a pleasure for me to show them to you!

What makes Dresden even more fantastic is its breathtaking surrounding. Picturesque old towns like Meissen and impressive rock formations - the Saxon Switzerland - you can also discover with me.

I studied English at the Dresden Technical University and spent one year in Great Britain. I am a licensed guide in Dresden and in most of its museums.

The historical city centre is the place for seeing our jewels: the most famous historical buildings and the treasury.

The splendor of the residence of Saxony is reflected in all those beautiful places like the Royal Palace, the Zwinger, the Cathedral and the Church of Our Lady, which were all reconstructed after the Second World War.
