Ellen was wonderful. Despite the crazy rain Ellen navigated us through great neighborhoods and the Luxembourg Gardens. All the while sharing her wealth of knowledge about many authors, their work and their lives. She was fully prepared , very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. We had a wonderful extended time of three hours with Ellen. We traversed a lot of issues around the American and French Revolutions and the Founding Fathers of the US, backed up with charts, diagrams, and videos. This was one of the worst tour guides I've ever had! She was having health issues and needed a cane. (it was a walking tour). Many of the shops she was taking us to were closed (not prepared). We could have found the shops by ourselves that she did show us...none unique. YIKES

My apologies but YOU changed the entire nature of the tour. This is a tour for UNIQUE GIFTS, handcrafted objects. Instead, you wanted to shop for CLOTHING & SHOES. I did my best to modify the tour on the spot & satisfy your request but this tour is most definitely NOT about shoes and clothing. And shame on you for pointing out my handicap, which did not in any way...
