The Louvre just for you!

Bertrand was fantastic - his tour of the Louvre and of the Marais was the highlight of our visit to Paris. Not only did we learn so many details of French history, culture and art but we also enjoyed spending our 'picnic' lunch together! Bertrand brought a very personal touch to our tour, he was extremely attentive to the mobility issues that my 89 year old Dad had and was flexible with the schedule. We loved every minute our tour together and would absolutely plan for another tour!

We could not have asked for a better guide. Bertrand gave us a wonderful tour, he had a lot of knowledge to share and we had a lot of fun exploring the Louvre with him. There is a lot to see and a lot of stories behind each of the works. Bertrand ensured that we not only saw great pieces of art but shared many fascinating facts. We truly enjoyed our Louvre experience with Bertrand and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his tour .

Bertrand was excellent. He gave the perfect level of detail for a quick survey of the Louvre, but he could easy spend an entire week there too. He was able to combine this tour with an excellent tour of Versailles and it was also excellent. Great transportation was included and the detail and subtleties of the palace were great. I was impressed with his English and he had such enthusiasm which came through throughout the tour.

We were a family of three generations with age ranging from 11 to 77 but Bertrand kept our interests high with so many wonderful and poignant facts that made introduction of each art pieces so special and historically important. I highly recommend Bertrand! He is extremely knowledgeable and so willing to impart the joy of understand art in every aspect.

Bertrand was an exceptional guide for the Louvre! 6 adults toured the Louvre for the first time. We all agreed he was very informative, detailed, engaging, and personable. A real challenge to visit the Louvre for 3 1/2hours, and see the highlights without feeling rushed, but he did it! He encouraged a wheel chair for my wife, and that proved to be a wise decision and did not limit our movements at all. Let him know your particular interests, and he will weave together a wonderful experience for you!!

A Magnificent tour of the Louvre by Bertrand. He is the absolute platinum standard that all guides should be measured against. He was friendly, got to know our group well. Bertrand told amazing stories about the paintings and sculptures in the Louvre. He was kind enough to find clean bathrooms for the group.
