You'll learn the story of Beacon Hill from its colonial beginnings to the architectural vision of Charles Bulfinch and the role his State House design played in the building of the U. S. Capitol. You'll learn how Beacon Hill's development began as a four-person real estate venture that included a charismatic headstrong woman at odds with Boston sensitivities.
