Then travel on to the historic city of Canterbury, site of England's first Cathedral. The foundations of Christianity shaped the city's history, along with a shocking medieval murder, creating a huge pilgrim trade made famous by Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. There is history to see on every street. Return to Dover cruise terminal by private vehicle.
