Meet Vikings in Sigtuna! From Viking Runes to Viking Ruins! Sigtuna - is The Capital and the Heart of Vikings! Here they are everywhere!! Runes - Runic stones lost in the wilds - or right in the middle of the central square! No one dares to move them, so as not to awaken the pagan gods! That's how they stand as monuments to themselves - so wrote one bearded man - "I put this runic stone to my beloved, so that they will not forget . . . . " Most of the words in Runic Stones are lost by destruction of Merciless time. . so we have to guess a lot !! Vikings are powerful masters of wild seas. Vikings' ships were superior, enabling them to sail over the troubled waters of oceans . Vikings came to Canada and stayed forever. Sigtuna is situated near Stockholm, and is a great trip. What better place to admire Vikings than at the Museum of Sigtuna-the Capital of Vikings!!!
