Please join me for a beautiful day in Girona and the Costa Brava! This a perfect tour if you are coming from Barcelona and you want to visit Girona and the Costa Brava In the morning we will visit Tossa de Mar, a beautiful walled fishing village in one of the most stunning places in the Costa Brava. We will have lunch in a local restaurant on the way back to Girona In the Afternoon we will visit Girona where you will discover its history and its legends. The tour is a private tour a maximum of four people if you are more than four let me know and I will prepare a tour for you. The tour is very flexible if there is something that you want to change during the tour is also possible.
Miguel was very professional and knowledgeable of the areas we visited and patient with us. I would highly recommend his tour of Tossa de Mar and Girona for anyone interested in seeing the beautiful Coasta Brava area and Historic Girona.
We had a terrific day with Miquel, who was super knowledgeable, engaging and fun. We received complete look at the both Tossa and Girona, and left with a better understanding of the history of both towns, and current life in Spain. Miquel keeps it real, and will engage in whatever topics are of interest, including the rise of tourism in the local economy, and local sports teams (Barca and Girona football, and Barca basketball). Would recommend to anyone.
Miquel was so nice and accommodating. It was such a hot day, and he was so kind to make modifications to our original plan to shorten the amount of time we were in the heat. So glad he convinced us to continue with our tour of Girona. Such a beautiful city and wonderful sights. Miquel was very passionate about his home and it showed. The Tossa de Mar and Girona tour with Miquel was a perfect way to see a bit of the Costa Brava and another Catalan town from Barcelona in one day. Miquel is a great and knowledgeable guide and a true local, with many great stories and insights about the area. He was able to show me so many things in a short time. Miquel and the tour could not have been any better.
Miquel was a fantastic guide. So friendly and talkative. It was nice to spend the day with an actual local to get the real feel of the place, but also to get more than just the normal "tour" information. Just sitting and having a drink with Miquel and swapping stories made the tour worthwhile. But then you get to see his beautiful city of Girona and the Tossa de Mer as well!? Start point: Girona Morning: After half an hour driving from Girona we will reach Tossa de Mar Tossa de Mar is a beautiful walled fishing village in one of the most stunning places in the Costa Brava Afernoon: Guided tour around Girona where you will discover its history, its legends and the Catalan gastronomy. Itinerary: Sant Pere de Galligans romantic church, Sant Feliu church and the Girona cathedral. (We will visit these churches from outside if you want to visit them let me know during the tour). The Archaeological gardens, The old walls and the Sant Domènec university. The Jewish quarter and the Girona Rambla. The Girona bridges and the Onyar river. The independencia square.
