Highlight of Seoul Gyeongbokgung palace is the 1st palace built after moving the capital to Hanyang (Seoul) in the 4th year of King Taejo (1395) from Gaeseong, Goryeo dynasty. Bukchon Hanok Village is where the aristocrats lived for 600 years, and even now, actual residents live and preserve the hanok village. You could see old and modern landscape in there. Gyeongdong Market, highlight place After the Korean War, as the lives of Seoul citizens began to recover, agricultural products from northern Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do came by train to the vicinity of Cheongnyangni Station, and as people began to do business in the open space to bring in and sell these products, a market was naturally formed. Gyeongdong Market opened in June 1960 and became a large-scale traditional market in Seoul. You would see and feel real local life in Seoul. And secrect Starbuck coffee and local food like hot stone Bibimbob for 50 years.
