If so, you hit the spot. Benny is here for you. I had majored in law in Univ. and had worked for about 10 years in a Bank before becoming a Tourist Guide. So, if you are interested in such a topic, I can tell you in-depth about Korean politics and economy. Korea has made remarkable progress in a short period of time. Aren't you curious about the secret of the fast development? If you're a huge fan of K-drama or K-pop, don't hesitate to ask where the drama or music video was filmed. I would also like to recommend K-dramas or movies that best explain Korea's past. I believe that tourist attractions have their true meaning when accompanied by a story. There are many different tours to the same tourist attraction. However, if you look at the reviews, you can find very different reactions. I think that the most valuable result depends on how much background the guide knows and how well he connects it to the attraction. My tour, as you know, is a private tour. You are the only traveler/travelers on the tour. Unlike group tours where many people go together at the same time, you don't have to look around other travelers in your group to ask your guide questions. Regarding my English, I had been dispatched to the US Army in Korea from the Korean Army (or KATUSA, Korean Augmentation Troops to U. S. Army) for about 2 years. Overview of your Seoul tour
Seoul has maintained its status as the capital for nearly 600 years since the Joseon Dynasty. The city center of Seoul presents a unique landscape where the past and the present coexist. So, this tour starts with Gyeongbokgung Palace, the royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty, and takes a look at the past of the Dynasty, and then get a glimpse of the lives of Koreans through the National Folk Museum of Korea. After that, you will visit Bukchon Village, where high-ranking officials lived in the past, and have a look at their lives, and walk the streets of Insa-dong, where you can find many antiques and things unique to Korea. We would like to have the opportunity to feel the Cheonggyecheon Stream restored in 2005 and to experience the life of ordinary people by visiting Gwangjang Traditional Market which is always crowded with travelers and locals. Join me and discover the amazing Seoul from a very local perspective, enjoy exploring a world-class city that is well worth your visit.
