Korea DMZ full day tour with Pro guide

Our DMZ tour from Seoul was an unforgettable and deeply insightful experience. Starting early, we were the first to arrive, giving us peaceful time to explore before the crowds. Our guide was knowledgeable, navigating us through checkpoints, historical sites like Freedom Bridge, and even into Tunnel 3—an intense but fascinating underground journey. Seeing North Korea from the observation post and hearing the propaganda broadcasts was surreal. The visit ended with a delicious bulgogi meal and a drive through the countryside back to Seoul. A powerful, eye-opening day full of history, culture, and thoughtful reflection. Highly recommended!

Our weather was less than ideal yet Jay managed to make it a first rate tour. His easy going personality enabled him to adapt and make the tour enjoyable and very informative. We were very fortunate to have him as a tour guide. Would highly recommend him.

Wonderful tour, wonderful guide. The DMZ phase is a bit touristy (Jay does include this description in his preview of the tour) but still brings a sense of history to the separation between north and south. The music from the north is a bit eerie. We focused on the Gyenogbokgung palace as our tour of Seoul. Jay has hidden spots to bring out the visit. Jay himself is friendly, knowledgeable and enjoys bring S Korea to you. Well worth a day tour indeed!

Easy way to see the DMZ. Jay was informative and allowed us to spend the day as we wanted, at our own pace. After taking us to a traditional Korean barbecue restaurant for lunch we spent the afternoon at the war memorial / museum which I would highly recommend. All in all a great day out.
