We had a great tour with Jay! He was pleasant, informative, fun to chat with, and packed a whole lot into our short time with him. I found Jay very easy going - our whole family (including the teenager) enjoyed our time with him. We're only in Seoul for a short time so we did a quick tour, but we would absolutely book another tour with Jay if we come back.
Jay is an excellent guide, he is knowledgeable and very friendly with a good sense of humour. He responded well to my email enquiry. On the day of walking tour, he was punctual and went all out to maximize the 4 hrs that I have booked including taking us to a nice place for lunch.

Jay was an informative and professional tour guide. He was very accommodating with our 3 year old daughter and tailored the tour nicely to our interests (for a group ranging in age from 80 to 3 years old!).
