Our large family had a wonderful tour with Hong. I appreciated his flexibility throughout the whole process from the time we booked to the end of a trip. To have a more seamless tour, he suggested ee adjust the meeting place. We also had to adapt to the rainy conditions as well as accommodate a bit for a stroller and small children. In the midst of all this, the adults and children had an enjoyable and informative tour. He certainly was knowledgeable about the history, both ancient and more recent. Jong also has a warm and approachable personality which makes spending time with him a very pleasant experience. I’d certainly book with him again for a future tour if he was available.
I really enjoyed this tour. Hong was full of information about history and culturen as we walked through the important sites. And that we were able to see the city with his air conditioned car. I never knew Seoul could be so hot! Hong was very attentive to my desires, even driving me to see the university where I would be attending a conference the next day, and helping me figure out how to use the transportation system! I would happily book him again.
I highly recommend taking a tour with Stephano. He arrived to my hotel earlier and waited patiently for us. He has a brand new, clean, big, and comfortable SUV. He took us around Seoul to see the major highlights, despite the short time we had. I could get from his explanations that he is knowledgeable about Korean history. He was also kind to assist by taking pictures which is great as we travel as a pair and either my daughter or me are in the pictures, but we don't have many chances to be together.
