West Coastal wines with a different flavor and terroir to temp the taste-buds and sooth the spirit. We leave Cape Town (cruise ship/hotel or airport), and travel to the north of West Coast. Here we stop to view Table Mountain ( Tavern of the Seas), see a historic town - before moving off to our first wine stop. Drive past farmlands and view flowers in bloom (seasonal), and do an activity before entering West Coast National Park. We return after driving towards Cape Columbine and have a lunch at a seaside restaurant in Paternoster. Leave the Columbine area - view the flowers - Olive/Wine tasting - taste beer at a brewery, with a cellar tour. Museum and town excursion with a stop at Evita's Perron - Satirist and Theatre museum - coffee break. Return to Cape Town via the West Coast Wine route and stop for our last wine tasting, as we make our way back to your Cape Town cruise ship/hotel or airport. Full-day wine tasting Or a half-day tasting with (2 tastings - wine/olives and beer), with only one activity.
Cape Town - cruise ship/hotel or airport pickup and depart to the West Coast, with photo stops along the way. Drive through a historic town - coffee/tea available - walk between Dutch Architecture Buildings - ANNO (1679) Leave for the West Coast and taste wine at a famous old authentic wine estate - cellar tour). Bushman Cultural Village - !Khwa-ttu after tasting - view or drive through way of life (local guide). Depart - West Coast National Park - flowers in season at a historic place, Eve's (117000 year old) footprint. Drive from Cape Columbine to a town for wine/olive - beer tasting with cellar tour, light snack - museum visit. Drive to Cape Town - stop for break before drop off at cruise ship/hotel or airport. Activities are all optional and clients wishing to do a game drive without other activities are welcome.
