- Pick-up at 9:00am @ your preferred address. - Head through to the Paarl Wine Route, second oldest in the country. During the travel we will be focusing on the history of wine in SA since 1654 - Our first stop at Avondale, where we will understand the organic and bio-dynamic philosophy, in the vineyard as well as in the cellar, comparing the conventional and bio-dynamic way of making the wine. All of that will help you to understand better their range if wines we will be tasting. Then followed by a gastronomic lunch. - We then drive to the tasting studio of Mullineux and Leeu in Franschhoek , for a highly focused family winery based in the Swartland, producing a select range of hand-crafted wines from the granite and shale based soil of the area. - Finally end off with a glass of local bubbly and walk in the rose garden at Le Lude, in the picturesque Franschhoek Valley, after which we drive back to your preferred drop-off address, going trough the town of Stellenbosch. please contact me for customization
