The Cape Peninsula is wild and unspoilt landscape, with spectacular and unforgettable views. Driving through the wonders of the Peninsula is a magical experience. The Cape Of Good Hope is reached by driving along the beautiful scenic False Bay route. The Constantia Valley, home to the Oldest Wine Farm in South Africa is renowned for its charm and excellent wines. This was the second day in Cape Town and we drove down the coast to the Cape point. Our guide for all 3 of the days in Cape Town was Lizl as Clive had a medical issue that necessitated a substitute. The tour was great and it included most of the highlights down to the point. We saw many animals including whales, baboons, penguins, and ostriches. The views were spectacular. It was a very full day but well worth it.
Was glad to have Clive as my l guide. I had 10 hours before my flight. Clive put together a nice 8 hours tour. He was knowledgeable and fun to be with. Would use him again.
Clive gave us a brilliant and enlightening day tour of the cape peninsula. He provides the perspective of a long time resident and the transitions to the area over the last 30 years. Definitely an interesting and entertaining day.
Excellent tour - flexible timings, & doing this itinerary yourself would take much longer. We had some lovely walks around cape point and Clive picked us up the other end so we didn't have to do a loop and saw more. He also dropped our teenagers off for a zip line in constantia, and took us for a lovely hour or 2 walking round kirstenbosch gardens while they were busy. Local knowledge and info was great and we all felt the trip was well worth it. Many thanks.
I would highly recommend touring the Cape of Good Hope and Table Mountain National Park as part of your visit to Cape Town. Clive F. was our guide; and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the history of the cape; the flora and fauna and the various places we toured and the communities that we visited as part of our journey. Clive was an outstanding tour guide. His vehicle was prectically new and was sparkling clean. Clive was very knowledgeable of all the sites and always knew the best routes to take to minimize delays and maximize our time.
