I quickly realised this is what I truly enjoy and what suits my personality, and I have loved welcoming visitors ever since. For me, guiding is not a typical 9-to-5 job, it’s a way of life and a chance to share my passion for this beautiful city and its surroundings. I offer classic “must-see” tours, but I also tailor experiences to your interests, profession, and pace. Many guests say it feels like visiting a friend, as I take the time to understand what matters most to you and plan accordingly—avoiding traffic, long queues, and unnecessary stops. I also organise airport transfers when possible, which helps me get to know you and make the most of your time and the weather during your stay. Food is an important part of the experience. I introduce you to authentic local flavours, including traditional African dinners, always choosing genuine places rather than crowded tourist spots. I am deeply involved in community work, especially with children in underprivileged areas, and I’m happy to share this side of Cape Town with guests who are interested.
