Multumesc (thank you) for choosing Romania! I’m Emanuel, a licensed guide born in Bucharest, with summers spent in Sibiu at my grandmother’s house—where every alley had a story and every adventure started with me sneaking out from under her watchful eye. I’m passionate about showing travelers the real Romania—its history, geography, cultural roots, and of course, its delicious food and traditional drinks (you could say I’m a proud Romaniac!). Whether you prefer a slow-paced journey off the beaten path or a fast-paced adventure, I’ll design the experience around your interests and style. In Bucharest, I’ll take you from the legend of Bucur the Shepherd, to the Belle-Époque elegance of “Little Paris,” through the scars and transformations of the Communist era, and into the vibrant, leafy metropolis the city is today. Beyond the capital, I guide you through Transylvania’s rolling countryside, salt mines, Saxon villages, and both old and new towns—always tailoring the itinerary to be informative, authentic, and fun. Licensed Guide since 2016 Experienced driver-guide for custom tours across Romania Please note: I cannot guide inside certain government buildings (like the Palace of the Parliament) or museums with mandatory in-house tours, but I’ll make sure you don’t miss their stories. Let’s create an unforgettable journey together—discovering Romania’s spirit, one experience at a time!
