Overview of your Tangier tour
Tangier and Asilah can make a perfect combination for a day trip to Morocco, due to the short distance between the two cities. Tangier has been known for being an international city. It has a mix of different cultures, languages, and architecture. Asilah is a sleepy fishing town in the North of Morocco. It's just one hour south of Tangier. Asilah is often missed by travelers headed inland for Fes or Chefchaouen. It has its own alluring charm with a restored medina that has vivid shades of blue and white paint filling the walls. It's a great location so see the more chilled out, seaside life in Morocco. It's a great place to roam its small alleys with its 3, 600-year-old history that dates back to the Roman era. Today, it has become a renowned seaside resort. Asilah is the venue for many music and art festivals.

Your adventure begins just after I pick you up from the port of Tangier or your accommodation! Tour of Tangier: Driving tour : - The main street of Tangier - Residential area - California - Cape Spartel (Old Lighthouse) - Hercules Cave (2500 years old ) Following the Hercules cave, we will drive to Asilah city: 46 km from Tangier (45-minute drive) The visit of Asilah will include a tour of : •The Kasbah •Raisouli Palace •Roam the small alleys of the Kasbah •farmers market •artesian market and shops •fishing port •Krikia •historical landmark •Al Kasbah Gate •Tower Kasba •Medina •Paradise beach •Church of San Bartolome After finishing the Asilah tour we are going to drive back to visit the old part of the city of Tangier Walking tour: - Kasbah - Medina - Grand Socco - Mendoubia museum - Mendoubia garden - Petit Socco - Local Souks - Berber markets Note: ( flexibility ) - The tour can be customized according to your needs. - You can have lunch at any time you want.

I'm flexible about the meeting point, but to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, if you're coming to Tangier for a day trip from Tarifa by ferry, please make sure to book your ferry from Tarifa to Tangier Ville Port. This is the only route connected to the city center and the starting point of my tours. Do not book from Algeciras, as that route arrives at Tangier Med Port, which is located 1 hour and 30 minutes away from the city center.
