I am a cook and do cooking classes as well. Experienced about Sicilian wines and passionate in sharing my knowledge with my guests. You will taste 6 bottles of local traditional Sicilian grapes. Not just a limited taste, but 6 whole bottles! 3 white and 3 red, accompanied with 6 different Sicilian cheeses, cow and sheep milk, according to the wine tasted. You will be leaded into the amazing world of Sicilian wines, nowadays very famous and good worldwide. At the end, you will have a sweet wine and a so good dessert that will be part of your best memory of this Sicilian great experience. Each guest will receive a brochure with all the informations and brief history about Sicilian wines and cheeses. We wait for you for a toast in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, in a perfect mood for appreciating our wines!

- We meet at our location, jnside an old Palazzo of XVIi cent in the center of Palermo, just in front of the main Cathedral. - There we will taste 6 of the most famous Sicilian wines, and cheeses and other local specialties. The tasting is lead by a very professional and skilled experienced person. - After the tasting you will have a note about the wines and the cheeses you have tasted, for your memory and utility. The tasting is about full bottles and not only a glass, so you can drink as you want!
