Ciao folks, I'm Marco from Naples, and I am pleased to show you: The best way to visit the Greek Temples of Paestum (in honor of Poseidon, God of the sea) and the Buffalo farm in a good-looking, elegant and comfortable black Mercedes van. If you love History, Art, and Archaeology, you can't miss the Ruins of Paestum. . . In the age of classical Greece (V-IV century BC), the city experienced its period of maximum splendor and wealth, thus forging the face that seduced eighteenth-century travelers with its Greek walls, the large agora, and its three prominent temples. After the visit to the archaeological Paestum, we will head to one of the most famous agricultural estates in the area, Paestum buffalo mozzarella farm to visit end to enjoy authentic fresh cheese products. This is like heaven for Mozzarella lovers like me!
Firstly, we will meet and greet in Naples and then go to the Paestum Archeological area to visit its Temples and Museum with a private archeologist guide for two hours. The Temple of Neptune, the Temple of Ceres, and the Basilica. This is followed by a visit to the National Archaeological Museum of Paestum, where the most important examples of Greek art are preserved. You'll see the decorations of the temples and some of the most beautiful painted tombs of Campania. After that, we will drive to one of the local family farms where Buffalo cows are grown to produce fresh cheese, such as the famous handmade Buffalo Mozzarella, Ricotta, and many other healthy products. After the 30-minute visit to the farm, it is time to enjoy this delicious product in their family-style restaurant with traditional food and wines. (Lunch not included, to pay at the farm according to your preferences) This tour includes 8 hours a round trip from Naples to visit Paestum Greek Temples with a private archeologist guide.
