NEW! Private Boat Tour of Naples Bay

A sail along the Neapolitan coastline that will take us from the Castle of the Egg to the island of Nisida. We will travel back in time as we imagine the ancient greeks conquering the bay, the Romans assisting to the Vesuvius eruption, noble dames dying for love, the Italian Presidents enjoing New Years eve through a storytelling of mythical legends, historical anecdotes and fun facts. You will learn about the natural heritage of the bay and its unique underwater reserve and the special relationship Naples and Neapolitans have with the sea. Topping off this experience is a dip in the sea so don't forget your swimsuit! and a refreshing aperitif that will be served on board of local wine, seasonal fruit of the region and savory delicacies.

You will be travelling on a comfortable 10+ seater dinghy accompanied by a licensed skipper and myself. The tour will line the city of Naples starting from the Castle of the Egg, oldest castle of Naples, along the bayside of the city we will spot the different neighbourhoods, the central port area to the green hills of Posillipo, where high-ranking Romans and aristocrats of the past built their beautiful villas (..and nothing has changed to this day!). Our sail will proceed to the northern part of the bay, where natural reserves, enchanting caves and legends are nestled, pass the famous "Trentaremi" bay, the picturesque Marechiaro,small fishermans village and finally arriving in front of the mythological island of Nisida. The gentle sail will last approx 40 min. each way giving the time to relax halfway in a protected bay. Here we will drop anchor to enjoy a dip in the turqoise clear blue waters and have a refreshing glass of local white wine and local seasonal tasting. What are you waiting for :)
