The gardens of Villa Cimbrone, magnificent and adorned with rare species of plants, statues, and fountains. The garden paths lead to the Belvedere, culminating in the "Terrace to Infinity," where you can admire the most spectacular view of the Amalfi Coast. The gardens of Villa Rufolo, "The Garden of the Soul," enchanted the German composer Wagner, who found the embodiment of his imagination here. Villa Rufolo was built in Piazza Duomo in 1200 by the Rufolo family, the most important and powerful family in Ravello.
