Full Day Tour in Alberobello & Locorotondo

Discover the authentic charm, history and stunning landscapes of Puglia by visiting 2 of Italy's most charming villages in a day! The village of Alberobello is actually a UNESCO World Heritage Site best known for its iconic trulli, unique whitewashed stone houses with conical roofs. On a personal note, I've been visiting Alberobello for at least 20 years, so I really do know every trulli we'll lay eyes upon. Since I live just 20 mins away, I even know many of the locals! The village of Locorotondo, amply considered one of the most beautiful in the country, is also known for its white houses as well as for the village's circular layout. -After picking you up from an agreed location, we'll embark towards Alberobello. -On arrival, we'll walk through the Rione Monti district as I share the history of the trulli. -Before departing to Locorotondo, you'll have some time to browse through artisan shops with local products and handicrafts. -Once in Locorotondo, we'll wander through alleys admiring its white houses with pitched roofs and flower-filled balconies as we soak in its peaceful atmosphere. -We'll then drive towards the Itria Valley to enjoy the panoramic views over local vineyards and olive groves. -At last, we'll drive back to Bari for the end of the tour.
