My love for travel & adventure took me to the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, Gwalior, an one of the premier tourism institutes in the country. I completed my travel and tourism management course from here in 2003. In my last 17 years of career, I have worked in various capacities like Tour executive cum guide, Sr. Tour Executive cum guide, Supervisor and in Manager capacities in various well known Indian Inbound travel companies as well as travel technology MNC's. This exposure helped me to understand better, the needs and requirements of International travelers. Besides a travel professional, I am also a certified mountaineer and an endurance sports lover, who regularly participates in marathons, triathlons and Ultra triathlons . Nainital also spelled as Naini Tal, is a popular hill station in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Nainital is located in the Kumaon foothills of the outer Himalayas at a distance of 310 km (193 mi) from New Delhi, the capital of India. It is situated at an altitude of 2, 084 metres (6, 837 ft) above sea level and have average minimum and maxmimum temperature of 3 to 25 degree celsius (i. e 37. 4 to 77 degree fahrenheit) throughout the year. Dotted with lakes , Nainital has earned the epithet of ' Lake District ' of India . The most prominent of the lakes is Naini lake ringed by hills . Nainital has a varied topography . Some of the important places in the district are Nainital , Bhimtal , Sattal, Naukuchiatal, Haldwani , Kaladhungi , Ramnagar , Bhowali , Ramgarh and Mukteshwar. Nainital's unending expense of scenic beauty is nothing short of a romance with awe-inspiring and pristine Mother nature.
