Overview of your Mangalore tour

Mangalore is a maritime city that makes a pleasant and convenient stop between Goa & Kerala, with its narrow winding streets, fringed with coconut palms, terracotta tiled roofs houses, beautiful beaches, temples, and churches, the fragrance of Jasmine, the aroma of spicy coconut curries. . . It was already a major seaport and shipbuilding centre even during the rule of Mysore Empire, Today, Mangalore is a business and commercial hub, and Karnataka's major port for the export of coffee, spices, and cashew. I like to meet people from different corners of the world and share my knowledge, culture, so join me on this tour and I'll show you why Mangalore is indeed a city of vivid contrasts, unfolding an enchantment that never ends.

Anil met us at the cruise terminal and took us around town. St Aloysius chapel was amazing. Moscheni completed the project in 1901 and the frescos are breathtaking. We also visited the fish market and a Hindu temple. Anil's English was excellent and knowledge of the sights and city were outstanding. Highly recommend.
