Hello and welcome dear traveler! My name is Boško and I am a licensed tourist guide for Split-Dalmatia and Šibenik-Knin counties in Croatian and English language. Discover the history of the Medieval city of Trogir and taste the centuries of tradition in a family-owned winery in Kaštela in this laid-back tour! First stop is Trogir, charming UNESCO World Heritage town famous for its architecture that defies time. I will show you its narrow streets, majestic Cathedral of St Lawrence with its stunning Portal, palaces and much more in this beautiful „museum town". It is said that Greek god of happy moment wanders the streets and if you catch him by his hair you will get your share of happy moments. Try not to miss him! After leaving Trogir, we are headed to nearby Kaštela, the ancestral home of the Zinfandel grape. Wine growing region since the Greek and Roman colonization over two millennia ago, Kaštela are experiencing a renaissance thanks to small, independent wineries. Sitting by the sea or perched up on the breathtaking slopes, you will taste a range of remarkable wines handcrafted from indigenous Dalmatian grape sorts to end this unforgettable day!
This was our second tour with Boško. The late afternoon/evening tour provided a wonderful walking tour of Trogir without the daytime tours/crowds. Boško provided a good historical perspective and pointed out many unique features around the town. Flexible as to pace and duration. The wine tasting in Kastela was very nice, with paired canapés that really highlighted each wine's features. A clean, comfortable van with very safe driving.
We had the BEST time traveling with Bosko to the beautiful town of Trogir and learning about its amazing history and visiting the cathedral and other great spots. The visit to Bedalov winery just steps from the sea, tasting their amazing wines and learning about the origins of the Zinfandel grape was a highlight of our trip to Croatia. It's easy to see why Bosko is a top guide in the region-he's great to be around and a fountain of information. Highly recommended
Bosko gave us a wonderful tour of Trogir and Kastela. He is very knowledgeable and shared the history of the territory with us. Our wine tasting was the best with beautiful parings with three different wines. The view from the grapevine covered terrace at Bedalov Family Winery of the ocean was spectacular.
