Tesla (to Marconi) National Park Krka is a vast and primarily unaltered area of exceptional natural value, including one or more preserved or insignificantly altered ecosystems. The travertine waterfalls of the Krka River are the fundamental phenomenon of this river. Split Town is the second largest in Croatia with a history of thousands of years. Today's center of the town is involved around 1 700-year-old Roman palace built by emperor Diocletian, one of the most powerful in Roman history.
