Hello! My name is Lea, Split is my hometown and I'm a licensed tour guide for Split, Dubrovnik and Šibenik county, in English, French and Spanish language. I was born in Split, I have been living here for more than 20 years and I'm passionate about sharing its beauty and culture! I got my Master's degree in Marketing, at the Faculty of Economics here in Split. Following my university studies, I moved to Barcelona to do an internship before returning back to Split. I have always enjoyed learning languages, travelling and experiencing different cultures. Soon after graduation I realised that an office job doesn't suit me and I started to work as a tour guide, which was the best decision I have ever made! When I'm not tour guiding, I love to learn languages - I can speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Yoga is also one of my passions, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) by International Yoga Alliance. Local gastronomy has always interested me, so I decided to do a course for a wine consultant to get to know more about the rich wine history in Croatia. In my free time, I love long walks with my dog and reading books. I absolutely love my job and cannot wait to share with you all the beauties that the city of Split and the region of Dalmatia have to offer! Overview of your Split tour
At a mere thirty kilometers in distance we will visit and explore two cities under UNESCO's protection: Diocletian's palace along with the historical core of Split, and the historical core of the city of Trogir. Every step made among the stone houses and palaces of Trogir is an exceptional experience. The historical core of the city, located on a small island between the mainland and the island of Čiovo, was duly recognised by UNESCO in 1997. Trogir is also known as "small Venice" and "city museum" due to its century-long history. My parents got married in Trogir's beautiful cathedral and I have spent a lot of time there when I was a child. After Trogir, we continue our tour in Split - second largest city in Croatia with more than 1700 years of history! We will visit Diocletian's palace - a unique example in the whole world of an ancient Roman palace which got converted into a living breathing city! Split is my hometown and I cannot wait to show you all of its beauty!

Lea was amazing. Perfect English, punctual, responsive, professional, informative and humorous. After five minutes it felt like we were strolling around a new place with an old friend who just happened to know everything about where we were and was fun to listen as she enlightened us. She clearly loves her work and sharing her country with her guests. Also, her driver (I don’t remember his name but he is an ex-seaman who’s been all over the world) is a true gentleman who will do anything to accommodate. He also speaks perfect English and I enjoyed talking to him very much while Lea and my GF were in the back seat chatting and laughing and seemingly having a great time. Lea is a very warm person and I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her.

Your Split tour itinerary
If you are located on a cruise ship, we will meet in front of the cruise ship dock where a private car/van will be waiting for us. An experienced driver will take us to Trogir (approximately 35 min drive). We will explore Trogir and enjoy all of its architectural styles. Some of the highlights are: - Trogir Cathedral (Cathedral of St. Lawrence) - Kamerlengo Castle and St. Mark's Tower - The Clock Tower and City Loggia - The City Gates - The Benedictine Monastery of St. Nicholas Our driver will take us back to Split, where we will visit and admire Diocletian's palace and stroll through medieval city inside the ancient palace. We will see: - Riva promenade (waterfront) - Substructures of Diocletian's palace - Peristyle square - Vestibule - Golden gate of Diocletian's palace - Gregory of Nin statue - People's square - Pjaca At the end of the tour, our driver is driving you back to the cruise ship. The tour can be completely customized.
