Hello! My name is Lea, Split is my hometown and I'm a licensed tour guide for Split-Dalmatia, Dubrovnik-Neretva and Šibenik-Knin county, in English, French and Spanish language. I was born in Split, I have been living here for more than 20 years and I'm passionate about sharing its beauty and culture! I got my Master's degree in Marketing, at the Faculty of Economics here in Split. Following my university studies, I moved to Barcelona to do an internship before returning back to Split. I have always enjoyed learning languages, travelling and experiencing different cultures. Soon after graduation I realised that an office job doesn't suit me and I started to work as a tour guide, which was the best decision I have ever made! When I'm not tour guiding, I love to learn languages - I can speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Yoga is also one of my passions, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) by International Yoga Alliance. Local gastronomy has always interested me, so I decided to do a course for a wine consultant to get to know more about the rich wine history in Croatia. In my free time, I love long walks with my dog and reading books. I absolutely love my job and cannot wait to share with you all the beauties that the city of Split and the region of Dalmatia have to offer! If you were looking for a private guide to experience the region like a true local - you are right where you should be! * University degree in Marketing issued by University of Split, Croatia * Licensed tourist guide for Split-Dalmatia County * Licensed tourist guide for Dubrovnik-Neretva County * Licensed tourist guide for Sibenik-Knin County * Spanish C1 - degree issued by Kingsbrook Idiomas language school in Barcelona * Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language - issued by Cambridge TEFL * French language certificate - B2 * Certified Yoga Teacher by International Yoga Alliance * Certificate for the completion of a course for Wine consultant I am not a driver. I do have a driving license, but I prefer not to drive and guide at the same time. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

Check out why Condé Nast Traveler, one of the leading travel magazines, declared Hvar as one of 10 world's most beautiful islands, together with Capri, Zanzibar, Santorini… Eclectic, dynamic and one-of-a-kind, Hvar is a sprawling island where culture and lifestyle blend only a short distance from breathtaking hills with scattered vineyards, stonewalls and sun-drenched beaches. As well as its unique, celebrity - driven charisma, the surrounding area's natural beauty accounts as much as the city's appeal! Between the endless blue sky and the blue sea rises the green island known for its diversity of plant species among which olive, grapevine, rosemary and lavender occupy a special place, together with autochthonous Dalmatian pine forests. I have been to Hvar so many times and it never ceases to amaze me - join me on this tour to dicover this divine island! Treat yourself with Hvar!
We will meet in the morning in the port of Split to catch a catamaran to go to Hvar island. (A ticket for the catamaran is included in the tour price). It will take about 1 hour to get to Hvar. Then we will do a walking tour of the beautiful town of Hvar (duration 1-2 hours, depending on your wishes) Some of the highlights that we will see: - St. Stephen's square/ Piazza, 15th cent. - St. Stephen's Cathedral, 15th - 18th cent. - Benedictine Nunnery and Church of St. Anthony the Abbot, 17th-18th cent. - City Lodge, 15th - 16th cent. - Franciscan Monastery, 15th-16th cent. - Arsenal & The Historic Theatre, 14th -17th cent. After visiting you will also have some free time to enjoy, swim, have a coffee. . . We go back to Split in the early afternoon by catamaran. Please let me know if you'd like me to organize a lunch on the island. The tour can be completely customized to your wishes and needs. We can also get to Hvar on a ferry boat, which takes about 2 hours (so 4 hours total)
