LOVED our day with Miguel! His communication, prior to the trip, was always timely and professional. He has such a deep knowledge of the area, the country and the culture.... not to mention a great sense of humor and speaks perfect English. He was willing to alter our tour to meet our needs and returned us to the cruise ship exactly on time. This was definitely one of our favorite tours during our month in South America. We would highly recommend any of his tours!

Miguel gave us a fantastic tour! The communication pre tour was great. He was waiting for us inside the port very close to the ship. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the culture. He's also very good at allowing us to avoid the big buses and get to all the sites before they arrived. We had lunch together at a great restaurant and shared stories of our different lives. He was conscious of our time needed to get back to the ship and we were back in plenty of time. Highly recommend this tour!

Miguel was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable about the area and his country. His English was excellent, as was his comprehension of questions. He showed us the sites, and we never felt rushed or that we stayed overlong at a particular area. The van he used for our group of eight was very comfortable, clean and well kept. Air conditioning was available, as well as speakers so that even those in the back could hear his commentary easily. Would definitely hire him again if in this area.

We had never been to Chile before but we felt like we'd met an old friend! Miguel loves sharing this special part of the world that is his home. Miguel knows how to avoid the crowds & carefully drove so that we arrived before or just after the buses! Osorno Volcano in all her glory; Petrohue Falls; driving through the countryside to experience the magnificent mountains and scenery - all created lasting memories for us.
