Full Day Petrohue falls, emerald lake and Osorno Volcano

Cristian was flexible, knowledgeable, and knows where to get the best empanadas. We were not able to get an early tender so we were nearly an hour late getting off the cruise ship. I communicated with Cristian via What’s App to keep him updated. Once we met up he quickly started the tour and kept the time schedule in mind to make sure we were back at the ship on time. His knowledge of the regions flora and fauna is excellent. While at Petrohue Falls we took a walk through one of the forested area and he introduced us to several birds and many plants. During our lunch break he introduced us to the best Chilean empanadas. We highly recommend Cristian.

Great tour with guide. Guide Christian took tour at our pace and provided excellent commentary. Good to get away from cruise ship congestion. Would recommend this tour.

Cristian was a fantastic tour guide. He knew so many people we saw along the way that we started calling him the mayor. Cris was so friendly to everyone, not just us. He was full of knowledge, the good kind of knowledge that you don't mind listening to. Seeing the volcanos were a bonus since they are not always visible with the clouds. The national park, the lakes, and river were absolutely beautiful. It was a very enjoyable sunny day with Cris. Just the kind of day you would want on a tour.

Criss was very personable and loved hearing our questions, even about hard stuff like economy of and immigration to Chile. He spoke English very well and we liked to hear personal stories of his experiences in the areas we visited, including viewing a volcano erupt outside his kitchen window and how his family evacuated. He brought excellent explanatory photos to show us too. He was a good driver and navigator and the vehicle was comfortable. Would definitely book with Criss again.

If I could award 10 stars I would. Chris was FANTASTIC! He could not have possibly been more pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable and incredibly nice. This tour was perfect for us and we are grateful we found Chris to guide us. THANK YOU CHRIS!
