We now love Bruges! We were on the last day of a 10 day cruise so Albert had a lot of work to do. First he overcame a coordination error on my part and altered the plan. It actually worked out better. He wound us through Bruges perfectly and it seemed he knew the city like the back of his hand. He was funny and engaging as we weaved our way avoiding the mega tours and visiting places they never got to see. The group of 7 which included 5 kids between 16 and 21 were very engaged. His architecture knowledge combined with history was excellent and was a real highlight. The Church of Our Lady and Michelangelo stop was another terrific spot. The pace was excellent and recommendations on souvenirs and chocolate spot on. We ended the tour at a recommended restaurant just outside of the tourist spots and had real local food and beer! Don’t hesitate to book Albert!
