Enjoy the medieval city of Bruges, discover it's highlights, taste the famous Belgian products and have a WW2 experience in one day. First we visit the most beautiful places in Bruges. You discover it's history, you enjoy it's amazing medieval buildings and you taste de delicious Belgian chocolate. Then, I bring you by car to a unique museum where I will explain you about the World War II, the Atlantic Wall, the D-day, the MG 42 ("the Hitler's zipper") and much more. And amazing experience to enjoy a unique city and to get into the difficult period of the Second World War.
1. Walking tour. I show you the most beautiful part of Bruges. We get into its history walking across the cobbled stone alleys, the romantic canals, the amazing medieval squares, the beautiful buildings. . . We enjoy the famous Belgian chocolate and (optional) a beer and the Belgian fries in a tasting experience, because traveling must also be a tasting experience. 2. Then we go by car to visit in Knokke an amazing museum about World War 2. It's a hidden gem, a superb WW2 museum that submerges us in the darkest days of Belgian occupation with an amazing installation about the North Atlantic sea and the mines. In the way to the museum we will pass by different old mills, the beautiful village of Damme (medieval harbour of Bruges for centuries) and we enjoy the beautiful vistas of the Flemish countryside.
