Bienvenido! My name is Alejandro, but you can call me Alex. I'm an engineer who, after traveling for business all around Argentina, decided to swap the suit and tie for a t-shirt and sneakers to show "my beloved city" to everyone looking for a great time… quite a long story for a brief intro, so we'll save that for our tour! Why choose me? - Touristic and hidden gems: During my tours, we visit both the iconic sights and the hidden spots. - Tailored to you: The core concept is to learn a lot about Buenos Aires and Argentina while relaxing and having fun. I can easily adapt the tour to your personal interests. - No rush! We can talk about history, geography, nature, politics, economics, wine… it's all up to you! The idea is to share great moments and make you feel right at home. - Comfortable rides: I use spacious SUVs with panoramic sunroofs and all the comfort you need. I've just bought a Ford Territory (you can check out the pictures in my profile!). For larger groups, I use Mercedes-Benz minibuses. - Eco and Social Impact: My tours are eco-friendly and socially responsible. For every tour booked, I donate a portion of the proceeds to a children's home and offset the carbon emissions through reforestation efforts. - Reviews: I’m quite modest (a bit rare for an Argentine!), so I find it hard to brag about myself... please take a minute to read my guest reviews. This 8-hour tour will guide you through the city of Buenos Aires, taking you to iconic landmarks as well as hidden spots that only the "Porteños" (citizens of Buenos Aires) know about. You'll discover plenty of fascinating stories in a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of time to enjoy this incredible city. Tour, learn, and have lots of fun! That is my proposal for you. Everything can be tailored to your personal interests. Want to talk about the economy, politics, geography, history, wine, or food? You name it! I love this city and want you to experience its true essence. It will be my pleasure to show you around BA and make you feel like a local during your stay. NOTE: For groups up to 10 people, the total price for the tour is $1,595. I will need to create a customized tour for you to book. Alex was a great guide! Super informative, polite and friendly. He took us to many of the highlights of BA, but a few other places a bit off the beaten path as well. He had a several suggestions for lunch; we decided on an empanada restaurant that was amazing. We didn't ask him to personalize anything but I'm sure that he would have had no problem doing so. Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our day touring Buenos Aires with Alex. As a group of two couples, he verified everyone's interests at the outset and monitored our pace throughout the day to make sure we all were getting what we wanted. We were most impressed with the way he navigated Recoleta Cemetery, ensuring that we saw all of the highpoints while avoiding crowds and large tour groups. We especially enjoyed the history lessons and personal stories he shared in the cemetery. He was also very attentive to our desire for photo opportunities and frequently created them for us as traffic permitted.
I really liked this tour. It was a long day but we saw alot which is what we paid for. The guide was very good and a very nice man. Nothing was too much trouble.
What a pleasure to meet Alejandro when we disembarked from our cruise ship! He provided us with a great day in Buenos Aires. The Recoleta Cemetery was outstanding, and Alejandro was very skilled at getting us away from the bus tours while still showing us all the highlights. The restaurant recommendation for lunch was outstanding. Alejandro is a natural storyteller and showed us both the highlights of the city, but some of the more off-the-beaten-track ones as well. I highly recommend him as a guide!
Alejandro was excellent. He knew exactly what we were looking for and provided the tour in a very timely manner. His auto was very comfortable and his English was easy to understand. I would highly recommend.
Alejandro arrived on time. His vehicle was clean. We were able to see the things I wanted to see plus alot more. He provided just the right of information and was able to answer all my questions. He had a nice sense of humor and provided a great experience.

Want to discover the city's hidden secrets? To name just three: the "Parque" neighborhood, El Ateneo bookstore, and the majestic Water Palace building. Buenos Aires is sure to amaze you! Comfortable and modern full equipped SUVs like brand new Ford Territory. The height of the vehicle and the window roof are perfect to allow any passenger an upper clear view of the city. In case you require pick up with luggage please tell me amount of luggage before booking. For BIGGER GROUPS I use Mercedes Benz minibus or similar.
