I was born, raised, and educated in Buenos Aires. Regarding my Jewish education, I attended the elementary school Bet-El, which belongs to the congregation of the same name, founded by Rabbi Marshall Meyer, who also created the Seminario Rabínico Latinoamericano, where I continued my Judaic studies at the Solomon Shechter Institute. After studying at the University of Tel Aviv for a year, I came back to Argentina where I graduated as a Psychologist from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). After years of working in the Human Resources department of several multinational companies, I felt the need to do something that fully represented who I am: a person deeply in love with Argentina and passionate about my Judaism. My great-grandparents arrived from Syria over one hundred years ago. My family history and my passion for showing that which I love, let me work as a tour guide in Buenos Aires. On a personal note, I would like to thank my beloved parents for providing me with the finest education; my teachers that taught me to think for myself regardless of the circumstances, which was not an easy task considering that I grew up during a dictatorship. Furthermore, I want to thank my clients, who challenge me every day, allowing me to discover that there is always something new to learn and show. I am a certified tour guide by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. Psychologist (University of Buenos Aires). I have no restrictions.

What do you know about Buenos Aires? Did you know that it is considered the Paris of South America? Have you heard about the Madres de Plaza de Mayo (Mothers of May Square)? Buenos Aires is a beautiful city, very European with a strong Latin twist. If this is your first time in town, this tour is for you. You will visit the most important sites in the city that are related to the History of Argentina, and yet get the flavor of the life of the 'porteños' (the locals of Buenos Aires) today. San Telmo, La Boca, Plaza de Mayo, Puerto Madero, and the mausoleum of Evita in the Recoleta Cemetery are some of the highlights of this tour. Enjoy this city tour and learn how the past meets the present in the diverse, vibrant Capital district of Argentina. This tour can be customized for larger groups upon request. As the price of gasoline in Argentina is higher than in most countries, the additional cost for a larger vehicle has to be paid in cash on the day of the tour. From 120 USD.
We will start our journey heading towards the political center of the city. Historical May Square (Plaza de Mayo)- where Buenos Aires was founded. We will also see the Cabildo, the colonial city hall, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. May Avenue - that joins the Pink House with the Congress, with its Art Nouveau buildings and Café Tortoni, the oldest in town. Then, we will visit the San Telmo district - antique shops and cobbled streets, where each Sunday tourists and locals visit the antique fair that is held there. La Boca neighborhood, with its colorful tenements, was home to the first Italian immigrants to Buenos Aires. We will walk along the mythical street of Caminito to breathe the characteristic atmosphere of the area. Puerto Madero - close to the river houses hotels, chic restaurants, and exclusive apartment buildings. Bookstore El Ateneo Gran Splendid. Teatro Colón (Opera house). We end our tour in Recoleta Cemetery to visit Evita's Mausoleum.
