Hi, and welcome to Buenos Aires! My name is Ana Mariela and I'm a "porteña. " This is the way we locals are called and it means "people from the port, " because the port of Buenos Aires was the most important one in the country for many years. Being a tour guide is not only my profession, it's a passion, a way of living. I've been working as a tour guide doing different kinds of tours in the city, and also in museums, the Recoleta Cemetery and other places for 10 years. I love my city, and that's why I would like you to join me and discover Buenos Aires through its history, architecture, culture, and everything that it has to offer. Each place has a story to tell: walking around its neighborhoods, streets, parks, museums, we'll learn about it. You'll always find something to do and to see in this incredible city. We'll share experiences, knowledge, culture, but mostly I'll share my passion and love for this city with you, so that we can have a great experience together! - Professional Tour Guide specialized in Buenos Aires City graduated at IFSET N° 7 - Official guide of Recoleta Cemetery -I am not a driver guide but I rent a car with a professional driver for my tours.

The tour covers the highlights of the city, exploring places such as Plaza de Mayo, La Boca, Puerto Madero, Recoleta and Palermo. As a passionate local, I am eager to show you my city and to share its secrets with you!! After picking you up in a comfortable car, I like to start the tour by visiting "Plaza de Mayo", the main square of the city. This is the place where the city was founded, and the place where the most important events of Argentina took place and still take place. Our next stop is La Boca (the mouth). This is a neighbourhood situated in the south of the city, and is known for its colorful houses, soccer and specially for tango. Once here, we will take our time to explore this colorful area. At noon, we have time to enjoy local food. There are many options, from something fast ("empanadas" is a must) or a big meal (steak is our speciality…here one steak can feed two people!!).

Fantastic tour with a new friend. Could not have asked for better.
Ana was terrific. She has a deep sense of the history of Buenos Aires and of Argentina, including art, architecture, culture, and how everyday life was in the past for immigrants and working class folks. I particularly enjoyed her explanation of how Tango emerged. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour with her and left with a much better appreciation of the history of Buenos Aires
Ana is a fun and knowledgeable guide to Buenos Aires and full of information about Argentina. We were very fortunate to have found her. She made our visit so interesting and memorable.
Ana was awesome. Very knowledgeable. So much history. The mausoleum Cemetary was not what we expected. Very interesting. Saw so many parts of Buenos Aires. Ana had a driver which allowed all time for us. It was the best day!!! Met some local artists in La Boca. Had a delish lunch. Great experience!
Ana was a great guise and we very much appreciated the tour. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to spend time with. She was very helpful and switched our events around to accommodate poor weather, as we had booked two days with her, highly recommend Ana!
