The three of us had so much fun with Nani's expert guidance. The delta is really interesting- something unusual and different beyond tango shows and fabulous steak dinners. Those are good too but get out! Go see!

Hi everybody, this is your tour guide Nani! During our tours you will be inspired to ask any type of question about Buenos Aires, and porteños (the way the local people are called), and my challenge will be to answer in detail all of them, you will learn a lot about the local culture, lifestyle, art, music, sports and food. My solid experience of 15 years in the industry, my academic background (degrees in Economics, Business, Tourism and Languages) and multiple travels around 15 countries are my best credentials. I'm also a polo player and instructor, you can also book to take a polo lesson or watch a polo match on ToursByLocals, and experience the Sport of Kings in the polo capital of the world, you can find them on my offered tours. This job enabled me to meet people from over 100 countries. I am also a host of a travel show broadcasted on streaming, which helps me to stay updated. Last but not least I love not only horses but also dogs, enjoying very much to help animal shelters. My dog is called Charlotte and she is very cute :) Thank you for reading my bio, if you have any question or comment please contact me! This is the perfect tour to enjoy nature and visit the wealthy northern suburbs. I will be very happy to be your guide, I am an official tour guide who studied at college several careers. Since we have 7 hours we have plenty of time to enjoy all the places visited and take great photos everywhere! We will also have a nice lunch break so you can enjoy a typical local meal (you should try empanadas!). During this tour, you will understand Argentine history seeing the buildings, the urban landscape, and its people. We can talk about many topics like the local culture, tango, soccer, street art, and anything that you might discover during the journey. Please let me know if you have any special interests, we will find the itinerary that suits better for your interests. We will meet up at the designated place and take you to visit the city doing a customized itinerary based on your special requests. Nani was my private guide for the day. He picked me up at my hotel and we started off looking at architecture and the sights in the outskirts of Buenos Aires. I had been to Buenos Aires many times, but always just stayed in the city center. Nani and I explored several different "towns or villages" just outside. There were lovely churches, squares, and homes to be seen. The streets were narrow and the trees overhung the road. As we moved along I saw the long stretch of the parks alongside the Rio de la Plata. We also had a fabulous view of the Buenos Aires skyline from one of the parks. From there we went to the Delta of Tigre where the boats explore along the river. I can see why people from the city come there for recreation. It was a really nice day and I enjoyed it and Nani's commentary about a large variety of subjects.
We had a lovely day with Nani in Palermo, San Isidro and Tigre. In addition to showing us around these areas, he also introduced us to the ritual of Mate in a beautiful local park. We enjoyed an interesting boat trip on the Delta. Nani is relaxed, accommodating and easy to be with.
We had a great time with Nani on a slightly modified Delta of Tigre tour. He was very flexible with what we wanted to see. Nani obviously knows the city and provides history and insight along the way. We had a great day and would certainly recommend touring with him!
Nani did a great job customizing the tour for my family. We asked if we might be able to see some capybaras in the El Tigre area and he did the research and asked around and found a bonanza of the large rodents feeding, bathing, and taking care of their young. He even found a restaurant where we could lunch with a view of capybaras. I am glad we arranged a private tour with him.
Nani, picked us up on time and was a very engaging tour guide. He drove us in his own car and was a careful and considerate driver. He adapted the tour to our own interests. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his country and showed us many of the neighbourhoods and sights. He took us around the main cemetery and had an extensive knowledge of the tombs that was very informative. It was a fun day out
Commonly visited sights on my tours. Leaving the city we will drive through beautiful avenues in Palermo (Central Park), and then Belgrano (River Plate soccer stadium) and Nuñez. Once in the outskirts we will know very nice areas like Vicente Lopez (site of the Argentine president's residence) and the historical San Isidro. We will have a 1 hour boat tour through the delta of Tigre. Optional: stop for lunch at a nice local place
