Born and bred in Buenos Aires 50 years ago, I grew up between Buenos Aires City and Tigre Delta (where my family run a farm). I had a lovely childhood, listening and dancing "Tango" when I was in the city, and stories about "gauchos" when I was at the farm. In my adolescence I discovered my passion for the mountains and I was a climber for a long time. Taking into account this background…what else could be more than a Tour guide (which brought me many problems with my father who wanted a Lawyer son :) :). I love traveling, I'm a seasoned traveler (I've traveled to more than 40 countries), which allows me to understand your expectations and to organize the best time for you, because I'm on both sides (Traveler and Tour Guide). I have been working as a Tour Guide for 25 years, I know very well not only every hidden place of the city but also the "idiosyncrasy" of my people and I would like to share all my knowledge with you, introducing you to our history and culture, telling you amazing stories (such as how the Criminal Nazi, Adolf Eichmann was found and caught in Buenos Aires, or why Evita Peron's corps is embalmed). Im licensed Tour Guide (University Degree) and Im licensed to lead you INSIDE Recoleta Cemetery. I hope to see you soon in Buenos Aires!!! - University Tour Guide (by Universidad Abierta Interamericana - UAI), licensed by Buenos Aires Authorities. - Member of Buenos Aires Tour Guides Assosiation (AGUITBA) - Master in accessible tourism (by BA Gov.) - Ecological Tourism Guide ( by Prefectura Naval Argentina) Im Licensed Tour Guide, I have no restrictions.

Tigre City is located 21 miles from BA Downtown is the gateway to Tigre Delta, one of the largest in the world. It is a place formed by thousands of islands inhabited by a curious community. After picking you up, we drive towards north, visiting the elegant district of San Isidro where the ancient mansions belonged to the wealthy families as summer houses during the XVIII Century. A glimpse of the neo gothic cathedral is a "must do". Once we arrive to Tigre City, known as "The cradle of the rowing", we visit the city and the "Puerto de Frutos", a market opened 60 years ago by the "islanders", a place where you can find local handy crafts. Later we get a typical wooden motor boat, sailing for 1 hour by diferent chanels, enjoying nature and local culture (Note the boat trip is shared with other people). No way to get the islands by car, because there is no bridges or highways and everything must be taken by boat. . . you will see supermarket boat, taxi boats, ice cream boats, , , and many oddities!!!
- Your hotel or cruise port - San Isidro (Colonial Quarter) - Tigre City - Boat trip by different rivers and streams (Boat trip is shared with other people, the rest of the tour is private)
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
- Private SUV (Toyota Highlander) The car is a comfortable SUV with 5 places (one for me as your driver and 4 seats for you, it means if you are group of 4, one of you have to be seat down in the middle seat but we don't spend long times inside the car). You can see the pictures of the car in the description of the tour. If you prefer to be more comfortable I can rent a van with driver (extra chrage applies) - Public boat
