Hi and be welcome! I'm a Professor of Social Communication Sciences, a Tour Guide specialized in the City of Buenos Aires and currently studying for a third degree in Museology, but above all I'm an incurable and eclectic reader and collector. You might think of me as a Renaissance man: arts, history, gastronomy, politics, music and a long etcetera, everything gets my attention. I'm passionate about life and knowledge, and I love transmitting that passion, either as an educator or as tour guide, as both professions have a lot in common if properly approached. But not only am I a bookworm, I have been a marathoner, participating in some of the most important marathons in the world, I love hiking and trekking, I've done scuba diving and parachuting, and I'm constantly open to new experiences. So many passions and interests took me on the path of becoming a tour guide, as it offers the biggest possibilities to put my knowledge and experiences to use, allowing me to constantly customize my tours according to the interests and preferences of my tourists. As for Buenos Aires itself, I keep exploring this fascinating city on a daily basis, and it gets me extremely happy transmitting my love for Buenos Aires. • Professor of Social Communication Sciences • Licensed Tour Guide specialized in the City of Buenos Aires • Currently studying for a third degree in Museology Im not a driver, I rent a private car and driver for the tours

Rosti was outstanding, in 6 hours he has bared the soul of Buenos Aires to us. The significance of Plaza Major, the Cathedral and La Boca, Caminito and Recoleta cemetery and San Telmo. We tasted all the must tries in Buenos Aires in between his excellent information and guiding. We wanted to have coffee in a classical cafe and eat a good empanada and steak sandwich. He quoted the work of many writers, famous persons, sang famous tunes and has shown as so many significant places. He also provided invaluable info about other topics during tge tour that came up in diecussions.

Our day with Rosty left us with a better understanding of the history of Argentina and how Buenos Aires is central to that history. His stories enlivened all our stops adding a richness to what we were seeing. Rosty is full of energy and a passion for his city and country which is infectious and makes him a great guide.

Rosty was great. We e-mailed before we arrived in Buenos Aries and told him what we wanted to see. Since we had been to BA before, there were some things that we wanted to skip. His suggestions of things to see were excellent. We booked Rosty for two days and we were glad we did. Far too much to see in a day. Some of the places we visited were not in tourist areas, so we got to see the real BA. That was very interesting and wonderful. Rosty's English is excellent, as is his ability to communicate what we were seeing and why it was important.

Rostyslav is hands down one of the best guides I have had in many years of travel around the world. We were a group of 9 people ranging in age from 16-55 and he provided us with a fabulous tour of Buenos Aires that kept everyone stimulated and engaged for the full 6 hours. We were able to modify the itinerary on the fly to meet our needs and everyone had a great day. Highly recommended and don’t miss the ice cream recommendation (Heladeria Cadore) - we went straight from the end of the tour and it was amazing and worth the wait. Highly recommended guide - book him.

Amazing tour. Rosty was able to give us a very personalized tour of Buenos Aires and catered to our interested. Very well versed in history, arts, culture and society of Buenos Aires. His knowledge of the city and use of professional driver made my wife and I feel very safe and taken care of. Would recommend him highly and would love to have service again in the future.

Your Buenos Aires tour itinerary

- We can start by enjoying a typical breakfast at one of the many remarkable cafes of Buenos Aires (E. g. Cafe Tortoni). - Before our lunch we will have a stop at the oldest food market, which in recent years has also become a very popular gastronomic center (Mercado de San Telmo). - For lunch the historic district of San Talmo will give us both, a great place to eat as well as an incredible history (E. g. El Federal). - Nothing better to finish our day than with some local dessert (E. g. Cadore, an ice cream parlor considered one of the best in the world). Some of the neighborhoods we may explore: - La Boca, the first port, with its colorful houses and street art. - San Telmo, the old part of town, with its cobbled stone streets and antiques shops. - Downtown area, with the Plaza de Mayo, the Casa Rosada, the Cabildo and the Metropolitan Cathedral. - Recoleta, with beautiful palaces and an amazing cemetery considered an open sky art museum. - Puerto Madero, the gentrified former port docks.
