Hi and be welcome! I'm a Professor of Social Communication Sciences, a Tour Guide specialized in the City of Buenos Aires and currently studying for a third degree in Museology, but above all I'm an incurable and eclectic reader and collector. You might think of me as a Renaissance man: arts, history, gastronomy, politics, music and a long etcetera, everything gets my attention. I'm passionate about life and knowledge, and I love transmitting that passion, either as an educator or as tour guide, as both professions have a lot in common if properly approached. But not only am I a bookworm, I have been a marathoner, participating in some of the most important marathons in the world, I love hiking and trekking, I've done scuba diving and parachuting, and I'm constantly open to new experiences. So many passions and interests took me on the path of becoming a tour guide, as it offers the biggest possibilities to put my knowledge and experiences to use, allowing me to constantly customize my tours according to the interests and preferences of my tourists. As for Buenos Aires itself, I keep exploring this fascinating city on a daily basis, and it gets me extremely happy transmitting my love for Buenos Aires. • Professor of Social Communication Sciences • Licensed Tour Guide specialized in the City of Buenos Aires • Currently studying for a third degree in Museology Im not a driver, I rent a private car and driver for the tours

On this Buenos Aires Full Day tour you'll get to know the main highlights of Buenos Aires while experiencing some of the must-know gastronomic experiences the city has to offer. The idea is that through this experience you will have a more comprehensive glimpse of Buenos Aires and the "porteños" who live here. I will highlight different aspects of Argentina's history, economics, politics and general culture. Our journey will leave you the feeling of having experienced a real perspective of the city of Buenos Aires. As there are a wide range of places to visit and the city is quite big, in our 6 hours itinerary you can visit the main highlights at your own pace and fitting your particular preferences. You can better decide your exact itinerary directly when we meet in person or just follow my recommended path for a first ever visit to Buenos Aires.
- We can start by enjoying a typical breakfast at one of the many remarkable cafes of Buenos Aires (E. g. Cafe Tortoni). - Before our lunch we will have a stop at the oldest food market, which in recent years has also become a very popular gastronomic center (Mercado de San Telmo). - For lunch the historic district of San Talmo will give us both, a great place to eat as well as an incredible history (E. g. El Federal). - Nothing better to finish our day than with some local dessert (E. g. Cadore, an ice cream parlor considered one of the best in the world). Some of the neighborhoods we may explore: - La Boca, the first port, with its colorful houses and street art. - San Telmo, the old part of town, with its cobbled stone streets and antiques shops. - Downtown area, with the Plaza de Mayo, the Casa Rosada, the Cabildo and the Metropolitan Cathedral. - Recoleta, with beautiful palaces and an amazing cemetery considered an open sky art museum. - Puerto Madero, the gentrified former port docks.
