Hi! I'm Romina, born and raised in Buenos Aires City. I have an eclectic background in arts, design and tourism. I have a degree in Arts Management and another one in Fashion Design. Are you looking to discover the most exciting secrets about art and history in Buenos Aires? I've been working with tourists since 2009 when I started as a museum guide at Muntref Museum of Visual Arts and Muntref Centro de Arte Contemporáneo. I'm a licensed thematic tour guide specialized in art, history and entertainment. Since 2015 I've been working as an official tour guide at the Teatro Colón, which is the most important Opera House in Buenos Aires and also in Latin America. During the low season I work as a Professor in several Universities such as Untref, Universidad de Palermo, Universidad Favaloro and Ott College. I teach different subjects such as Art History, Fashion Communication, Touristic Circuits, Arts and Medicine. I'm a very passionate person and I love what I do. I'm also very curious so I'm always discovering new places to see in Buenos Aires City where I can find a combination of what I enjoy the most: art, history, culture and food. If you want to visit the highlights but also different spotlights in this city, then I'm your guide! Licensed Thematic Tour Guide (art, history & entertainment). Arts Management Degree (Untref University) Fashion Designer Degree (Instituto Roberto Piazza) Magister in Curatorship in Visual Arts (Untref University) Licensed Official Tour Guide at Teatro Colón I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

If you are eager to discover the historic and artistic sides of the streets of Buenos Aires, you've come to the right place: trust a Licensed Thematic guide specialized in art, history & entertainment lead the way through one of the largest metropolis in Latin America. On this tour, I'll give you a local's perspective of the city and you will also get to see highlights such as Plaza de Mayo, which is the city's historical centre and where the most emblematic buildings are located. The Metropolitan Cathedral, the Council (known as Cabildo) and the Government House (known as Pink House) are in this area. Venture to walk along the most important avenues of Buenos Aires: Avenida de Mayo (the oldest) and Avenida 9 de Julio (the widest) as well as the pedestrian side road Lavalle & Florida. You'll get to enjoy the outstanding beauty of Buenos Aires architecture at Confitería La Ideal and Teatro Colón, one of the most impressive opera houses in the world!
The following itinerary is not set in stone, since we can customize it to your preferences: -After meeting at an arranged spot, we'll carry out a visit to the Metropolitan Cathedral. -Following this, we'll stop by Plaza de Mayo and see the Government House (known as Pink House, from the outside) and also the Council (known as Cabildo, also from the outside). -Next, we will dive into the heart of the city by walking the Avenida de Mayo and rambling through two representative pedestrian streets: Lavalle & Florida, where many galleries and cafes can be found. -We will then pass through Confitería La Ideal and Avenida 9 de Julio where the Obelisk is located. -At last, we'll finish the tour at the Teatro Colón, one of the most beautiful opera houses in the world. If you want a tour inside the Teatro Colón, let me know before we start our tour so I can get the tickets in advance (I happen to be a Licensed Official Guide of this theatre).
