Buenos Aires Foodie Walking Tour - San Telmo

Fantastic tour by Fabian. Fabian has so many stories and so much information to share. He is very good at determining the clients interests & physical capabilities and adjusts the tour accordingly. Fabian paints a picture of Buenos Aires in the way he describes BA, past and present. We booked Fabian for two days on a Food Tour and a Walking Tour. This allowed Fabian to design a more comprehensive tour of the central area, north area and south area. This is a great way to go. We were able to split the food portion of the tour over two days and sampled steaks, empanadas, chorizo, blood sausage, Spanish tortillia, grlled provolone, croissants with dolce de leches, among other foods. We also sampled the tradition of drinking mate together. I highly recommend Fabian's tours.

Fabian = fabulous! Tour was exactly what we wanted - when we travel (from the US) we want to sample local cuisine - not what we eat at home (hamburgers, etc.) Fabian exceeded our highest expectations. Not just great food, but so different. And lots of variety. Fabian is courteous, engaging, knowledgeable, respectful - I could go on with superlatives. Cannot recommend highly enough

Wow! Wish we could rate Fabian 10 Stars! We had an amazing introduction to Argentinian wine, food and culture. Fabian is very knowledgeable, interesting and has a great sense of humor. He answered all or our questions and gave us wonderful insights into Buenos Aires. He is as prompt, courteous and easy to talk to. We can't wait for our all day tour of Buenos Aires with Fabian tomorrow!

We had an outstanding experience today with Fabian in the San Telmo neighborhood on the Buenos Aries foodie walking tour. We only had a few days in BA and are seasoned travelers who frequently use tours by locals to research all of our options. We always are interested in meeting a true local and learning all about the local culture through food and exploring historic neighborhoods and not necessarily all of the tourist stops. Our experience was everything we wanted and excellent food. Highly rec Fabian!

took us to a great local quirky restaurant we just had to have the steaks....they were massive & just melted in your mouth, the staff & owners were wonderful had a laugh with the waiter with his limited English & our very limited Argentinian. Fabian also introduced us to other Argentinian cuisine bits & bobs on the tour . Highly recommended & great $$ value

We just concluded a food tour of Buenos Aires with Fabian. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed several very local dishes which we would never have known to consume how do we not been with him. He is a personable and thoughtful guide, who is very knowledgeable about the subject matter. We had so much food of such variety. Probably we will skip dinner tonight. Thank you for a great tour.
