Hi! My name is Paola, and after being a professional as an Accountant for some years, I decided to change my life and follow my passion: Buenos Aires. I've been a tour guide since 2012. If you would like to know the stories and architecture of the most important and remarkable buildings of Buenos Aires, and the histories of their inhabitants, this is your tour. Examples of Colonial architecture, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Rationalism and much more. Some of the most renowned buildings in the city are visited: the Congress, Justice and Executive palaces. The Colón Opera House, the Kavanagh building (a turning point between deco and local rationalism), Barolo Palace (inspired in the Divine Comedy), Retiro railway station (a highlight in railway architecture), the current works in Puerto Madero. Also some examples of French Academic style. El Ateneo Bookstore (according to the British newspaper The Guardian is the second most beautiful in the world) I can adjust the schedule, duration and activities. Please let me whatever you need

After a great first tour of an overview of BA history and culture, we took a second with Paola featuring architecture and Recolleta Cemetery. She made the beautiful old buildings come alive with the history she imparted. Paola pulled everything together to n Recolleta Cemetery and we loved her anecdotes. She is so knowledgeable but also such fun to be with. The tour was well balanced and relaxed. Her love of Buenos Aires shown through and she made out brief stay something very special. A fabulous guide!!

Our tour of Buenos Aires with Paola was wonderful; an absolute delight ! She was right on time (actually early) for pickup at our hotel, and it kept getting better as the day went on. Paola is very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable; her knowledge of Buenos Aires, the history of both the city & Argentina and her abilities to explain & convey that information is very impressive.
