Hi! I'm Nicolás (fully vaccinated) but you can call me "Nico". I am a licensed tour guide and I am finishing my thesis to obtain a tourism bachelor. Additionally, I'm studying sociology at university. As a curious guy, I choose one job to learn every day of my life: tour guide. I love spending a whole day showing my city and learning about you too. As any "porteño" (person who lived in Buenos Aires city), I love tango, steak, soccer, arts, cultural centers, museums, mate and pizza. When I travel (my first trip was when I was a newborn) I like knowing the place from a local view and try to do what any local would do. For that reason, we are going to visit not just the tourist high spots, but also some local places (and some hidden places, even for the locals). I enjoy creating tailor-made tours because this kind of tours create a strong connection between you and me During our tour, we are going to talk about: history, arts, architecture, food, football, politics, and economy (maybe after the tour, you will be able to understand this crazy country called "Argentina"). I see travel as open books for those who want to understand how a place works. Join me and discover Buenos Aires! Licensed Tour Guide (Buenos Aires City Government) Tourism Bachelor's Degree (UNSAM) Sociology Student (UNSAM) As an official licensed tour guide, I have no restrictions.

This tour is perfect for those people who only have a few hours in the city. It is a tailor-made tour, so we can go directly to the highlights that you really want to see. I would like to have a good time with you, so tell me about yourself and I will create a specific itinerary for your interests. I'm Nico, a licensed tour guide and sociology student, who loves travelling and learning from everyone and everyplace. I know if you are looking for a local tour guide is because you are so curious as me. Lets enjoy together some hours learning about this wonderful place! I love Buenos Aires and its history, food, arts and soccer, people, etc. and I want to share my passion with you. I believe the best way to discover any place in the world is through a local perspective. For that reason, I will tell you about the particularities, the idiosyncrasy and everything necessary for you to understand why Buenos Aires is unique.
This is a tailor made tour, so we can add or remove any attraction. Some of the highlights that can be done in this tour (depending your pace and preferences ) are: - Plaza de Mayo (political center of the country) - Government House (known as Pink House, from outside) - Buenos Aires Metropolitan Cathedral - La Boca - Caminito (a really colorful quarter) - San Telmo (old area famous for its antique stores) - 9 de Julio Av. (one of the widest avenues of the world) - Obelisk & Colon Theater (Opera House) (both from outside) - Recoleta Cemetery (guided visit including Evita's grave, the most famous one) *In our circuit there are museums like Fine Arts, Colon Theatre, etc. If you are interested in visiting any of them, I can customize a circuit (admission tickets are NOT included in the price of the tour). *Please note that some attractions such as museums, gardens and parks are closed on Monday.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
