Hi! I'm Nicolás (fully vaccinated) but you can call me "Nico". I am a licensed tour guide and I am finishing my thesis to obtain a tourism bachelor. Additionally, I'm studying sociology at university. As a curious guy, I choose one job to learn every day of my life: tour guide. I love spending a whole day showing my city and learning about you too. As any "porteño" (person who lived in Buenos Aires city), I love tango, steak, soccer, arts, cultural centers, museums, mate and pizza. When I travel (my first trip was when I was a newborn) I like knowing the place from a local view and try to do what any local would do. For that reason, we are going to visit not just the tourist high spots, but also some local places (and some hidden places, even for the locals). I enjoy creating tailor-made tours because this kind of tours create a strong connection between you and me During our tour, we are going to talk about: history, arts, architecture, food, football, politics, and economy (maybe after the tour, you will be able to understand this crazy country called "Argentina"). I see travel as open books for those who want to understand how a place works. Join me and discover Buenos Aires! Licensed Tour Guide (Buenos Aires City Government) Tourism Bachelor's Degree (UNSAM) Sociology Student (UNSAM) As an official licensed tour guide, I have no restrictions.

Is there a better way to get to know a city than walking? Come with me and spend some hours getting to know one of the most interesting cities in the world. I'm Nico, a licensed tour guide and sociology student who loves travelling and learning from everyone and everyplace. As a traveler, I'm really curious so I'll do my best to share everything I know about Buenos Aires with you. At your own pace, we will visit the highlights of each quarter (and some secret places too) and I can add special sites according to your preferences (bookstores, markets, stadiums, coffee shops, etc. ). It is a tailor made tour so you can choose the itinerary (there are many different areas since Buenos Aires is a large multicultural city) and the main topics: history, culture, local idiosyncrasy, architecture, etc.
I can definitely customize a tour for you. Depending on your pace and preferences we can combine some (and not all) of the highlights like: - Plaza de Mayo (political center of the country) - Government House (known as Pink House, from outside) - City Metropolitan Cathedral - La Boca - Caminito (the old port where tango was born) - San Telmo (old colonial area famous for its antique stores) - Puerto Madero (the newest district and an old port area) - 9 de Julio Avenue (One of the widest avenues in the world) - Obelisk & Teatro Colon Opera House (both from outside) - Recoleta Cemetery - Palermo Gardens - In our circuit there are museums like Recoleta Cemetery, Malba, Fine Arts, Colon Theatre Opera House, etc. if you are interested in visiting any of them, I can customize a circuit, fitting them (admission tickets are not included in the price of the tour).
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
