Hi, my name is Álvaro. I am a Spanish tour guide that has been living in Malta for a decade. Guiding and learning are my passion, and I keep them alive by doing what none else do, so if you are looking for a different tour, I am are your man :) If your are looking for a traditional tour I can happily make it , as this are the kind of tours I do daily, but I really would like to take advantage of the options that this page gives to me to show you the most beautiful, unique and inusual places that these amazing islands can offer youby doing tours which are not usually offered but have some of the most amazing Maltese features. I have been living long enough in Malta to know a lot of things (there is always something new to learn) but apart from that I am an inquiring person who wants to know always a bit more. In fact, that is how I started working in tourism years ago, discovering that tour guiding was my loved job. That's why I am involved in several activities (reenachtment, trekking, activism. . . ), so I can learn a bit more about this little, but full of secrets, archipelago. And that's why I want to offer people something different. If you really want to see Malta, give me a chance to guide you around and you will see what few people reach ;) Official tour guide with a Diploma on tour guiding by the Institute of Tourism Studies of Malta (ITS) and a license by Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) I have no restrictions

We were only available for a few hours whilst our ship was in port. Our guide Alvero made good use of our time. We found him to be a very knowledgeable guide, very passionate about Valletta. He answered all our questions and gave us a wonderful insight into the city. Hope to return.

Alvaro is a terrific guide. Our tour of Valletta was one of the best and most interesting tours we have taken. He is knowledgeable, concerned with your particular interests and has a charming sense of humor. Highly recommended.

Alvaro is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and proud of his area and it is contagious. We learned so much of the ancient history Of Valetta and Mdina. Mario was very kind and took special care of us as one of our party has some mobility issues. Mario took it upon himself to modify some routes, etc., without causing us to miss any of his wonderful presentation. We stopped...
