Welcome to Milan! The most modern and european city of Italy! My name is Valeriya. Originally I'm from Ukraine, but I've been living in Italy for 27 years. I consider the city of Milan my home I graduated in Linguistic Sciences in Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. From 2011 I'm a licensed tourist guide specialized in City Sightseeing , historical and wine&food tours in Northern Italy: Lombardy, Veneto; Piedmont. I can also offer you customized tours upon your request. I love Italy, its art and history, but above all I love the Italian cuisine. I like travelling, cooking and eating. I adore skiing, mountains and green Lombardy's nature such as beautiful Como or Maggiore lakes or Vlatellina area. I'm a wine expert, I've got my italian Sommelier Certification some years ago, that's why I can help you better understand the Italian wines in a simple manner. During my tours, I'll let you explore the rich and diverse heritage of Italian culture as well as its history. It's very important to me to make your journey enjoyable and fun. We did see some areas not on regular tours but then too much time spent on the usual sites so unfortunately the canals of Milan were completely missed. Valeryia has a good grasp of history but there were some difficulties with the language. The car provided was very comfortable but there were items in the back that rattled so loudly that at times it was impossible to...
