Ciao, I'm Andrea, born and raised in La Spezia, Liguria / traveller and citizen of this world architect / nature hiking guide / photographer aesthete / explorer / awake dreamer I am a very passionate and curious person, always happy to learn or share, and I am in love with my territory / plus, I am travelling quite a lot, and I do really believe in Karma / "this is why" I'm offering myself as a local guide - "you do the math" I really enjoy food (cooking & eating), science, history, art and, most of all, Nature. Nature is my religion, actually. Or my safe place, if you prefer to "keep it less spiritual". Since childhood, I've been foraging wild plants, for nutritional, spiritual and cosmetic purposes. I produce everything I'm using on my body, except from toothpaste and deodorant, in these cases I trust more chemistry! "Greenery" is the name of my "baby" _ it's an ongoing research focusing on "the epiphany of Beauty in the casualness of everyday life". I'm dedicating my life to this, it has changed my life actually, and it's something that I really feel I need to share - we all have a "Greenery soul", connected with Nature and our inner self. It's like a radio transmission, you just have to tune to the right frequency, and to slow down, in order to receive. Together, we can grow deeper in this self-awareness, if you will be into. PLUS - As a human being, I'm hable of a strong empathy, I'm careful, smart and well educated - I am able to fit in very randomic situations. - As a guide, I'm trilled to share my "Greenery" point of view, "the ephiphany of Beauty" / I 'm also working with different travel agencies, providing what the market is generally asking. - As a photographer I've spent 11 years working in the fashion industry, and since a teenager I've been travelling for my artistic projects (mostly analogue photography but also video / audio recording, and collecting "samples from nature", like plants or rocks but also extracting essential oils, to sum up and remember "that moment, suspended in the air") - so I should be able to help you taking some good memories during our time together / "Location scouting" was part of the job, when shooting; in case you're not into "the classical touristic spots", we can surely explore "out from the mass". - As an architect, I work mostly as a consultant, offering my experience abroad for very specific topics _ in the interioring, suggesting carpets, pottery, fabrics and materials or, referred to the landscaping, harmonizing flowering, scents, colors, etc _ my focus is always in the perception of a space, playing with the senses. So I'm used to taylorize my proposals, listening to the client needs. I find it demanding, more complex, and so exciting and enriching for anyone involved. I've been working as a personal shopper for "high-fashion second hand" and home antiques while I was living in Milano, for three years, and I still do. I do love new challenges, indeed - I've worked in several countries, and cities (Almathy, Mumbai, Tehran, Istanbul, Lisboa, Casablanca, Milano, Genova, La Spezia) - approaching my job field and myself from different perspectives. I've left Milano in 2020, I took a big, deep breath and I have never regret it. Now I'm back at home, in my place, where my family and many memories as a children and a teenager are, and where I can "assume reasonably" when the plants will bloom - that "graceful tuning" make me feel welcome, as a part of, everyday. Last but no least, I strongly believe we should be honest in this journey, and I know how I can give you my very best _ So, please, "use me properly / ask me (gently) for more" - "I can surely hold some water, yes indeed, but I'm a refined antique porcelain, not a plastic bucket.
