Chianti Wine Tour - Shore Excursion From La Spezia Port

I'm a wine lover and Chianti wines are my favorite. This wine region is characterized by charming rolling hills dotted by vineyards, cypress trees, olive trees. While in the car I will educate you a bit about the region you are about to visit, its history, culture & wines. We will head for our first winery where you will have a chance to explore the cellars, taste the wines and discuss them with the winemaker. The wines you will typically taste are Chianti Classico, Riserva, Super Tuscan, Vin Santo. For lunch I will suggest something small and rustic in a perfect Tuscan style! . . Perhaps in a winery? In the second part of the day you'll visit another highly rated winery. Together with the previous experience you'll start to appreciate the range of aromas and flavors that Chianti Classico wines have to offer. We continue the tour visiting a couple of small towns. . . not to be missed Greve! Back to La Spezia port with full bellies, a happy heart and great memories.
