Chianti Wine District - Shore Excursion

The Chianti is one of the oldest Italy's wine district, in the middle of Tuscany region. It is one of the most picturesque Italy's area, made of rolling hills covered with vineyards and olive groves, as wine and olive oil are the main crops here. Here stands small old villages deeply related to the life and productions of the countryside. On this tour we will drive through the heart of the region with a visit in one of the oldest winery, where you can taste the wines with local produces as salami, cheese, wild boar etc. Different options are possible: from a simple wine tasting to a complete meal. The visit is lead by an english speaking local guide who will explain the wine making process, with visit to the the cellars, vineyard and others facilities.
